Oklahoma City, OK (April 2, 2019) – DuraCoatings Holdings, LLC (“DuraCoatings”), a leading industrial coatings company, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is proud to announce DCI Industries, a subsidiary of DuraCoatings, received approval and designation by the European Aviation Safety Agency (“EASA”) as an EASA Part 145 Repair Station (#EASA.145.6864).

As an EASA-approved maintenance organization, DuraCoatings will be able to provide its customers a dual-release and return to service components that are for European aircraft, as well as domestic aircraft.  As a FAR 145 Repair Station, DuraCoatings has a “Limited Rating with Specialized Services” to provide chrome plating, sulfamate nickel plating, zinc and manganese phosphate coatings, and thermal spray coating for landing gear, airframe, and other airplane components.

“We are excited to add dual-release capabilities to our suite of MRO aerospace services and expand our geographic reach beyond the United States and into Europe. The dual-release designation process is extremely challenging. Our employees deserve a tremendous amount of credit for receiving the designation in such a short period of time. We are excited to begin offering this capability to both existing and new customers,” said Dennis Glasco, President of DuraCoatings.

“The DuraCoatings team continues to demonstrate why they’re a leader in the industrial component repair and coatings sector. We are extremely proud of the team for achieving another strategic milestone for both the Company and its customers,” said Jeffery S. Christman, Managing Director of Rock Hill Capital.
